General shipping policy

Returns

Orders are sent out as quickly as possible after payment is received. Please allow between 1-4 days for your shipment to be dispatched. 

All parcels are fully insured up to the point of delivery. This means that we will refund you in full on the rare occasion that your parcel goes missing in transit.

You’ll receive a tracking number for your shipments and will need to provide a signature on delivery. 

Domestic UK Shipping - Free of Charge

UK orders ship with Royal Mail Special Delivery,1pm, which means it should be with you the next working day.

International Shipping

For all international order, we use Royal Mail International Tracked delivery and the flat P&P charge is £20. Additional items can be shipped in a single order, for an additional charge of £5/item.

Order to the US

US Customs charges a 10% "Reciprocal Tariff" on all parcels coming in from the UK.

We will pay this charge on your behalf and you will see it collected at checkout.

Import/Customs charges

All Customs charges and import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. You may have extra charges applied to your order on entry to your country. We will mark orders as ‘antique jewellery more than 100 years old’, which will often minimise/remove customs charges as antiques are often free from tariffs.

If you need to return an item, please email us within 3 days of receipt to let us know that you are returning your item.

We will then acknowledge the return, approve it and provide you with our full returns address.

Please wait for this approval email before returning the item. Please then ship the item back to us, (we recommend insuring the items and obtaining tracking info) and we’ll process a full refund on receipt of the item in the condition in which it was sold.

Resizing

We can resize many of the rings we sell within a few sizes up or down. We use a local jeweller for this service and charge a fee of £60 for resizing.

Please allow additional time of 4 weeks for items that are being resized - although we hope to get the job done quicker than that. Resized items are non-returnable.
